For the MT4 model it would use financial information calendar from the net forex manufacturing unit . DST (Daylight Saving Time) and GMT Offset are calculated robotically.
The MT5 model will use the financial information calendar in-built from the MT5, so there is no such thing as a want so as to add URL and do GMT offset setting.
